If you are not familiar with the self watering pots, pls know the inner black pot to hold the plant and soil,and the outer white pot to hold the water. The cotton rope to transfer the water from the outer pot to the inner pot.BEFORE ADDING SOIL INTO THE BLACK POT:
1. Slide the rope provided through the two bottom holes of the black pot.
2.Add your soil and plant to black inner pot.
3. Fill the bottom of the white pot with water, just below where the black pot sits.
4.The rope will hang from the bottom black pot into the bottom of the white pot, and it will suck up the water to hydrate your plant as needed.
